Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

For football and selected events FULL payment is required to secure the tickets. If the package allows it then a deposit will be stipulated upon request and will need to be paid. The final settlement of the package will be subject to the rate of exchange on the day of payment.

The football tickets say that they are sold in pairs but the number of passengers traveling is an odd number. What does this mean for us?

Tickets are sold in even pairs for seating purposes so if the amount of people traveling are even numbers they will always be seated with someone from the group and subject to our supplier the entire group might be seated together. If the number of people are odd then the odd number stands a chance to be seated in a different row and or seat however we will always request that they are seated together. This will be subject to the supplier and availability.

When will I get my tickets?

The tickets are delivered and received differently for every event, there is also a difference between E-tickets and physical tickets. The supplier will advise us on the time frame in which to expect either one to be received or collected this is why the contact details provided are CRUCIAL.

I have had a bad experience in the past, paying for tickets and on the day of the event the tickets aren’t provided how do we know Pure won’t let that happen to us?

We have been doing this for the past 20 years and during this time we have established a list of preferred suppliers to ensure the clients receive what they pay for.

Can you sell ticket only?

For most of our events we sell full packages. Please enquire if you only need a ticket however this does not guarantee that we will be able to provide a ticket only option.

Are your rates fixed?

Due to volatile ROE and Dynamic rates offered by suppliers, the price is subject to day of full payment

Can Football games have a date change?

Match dates can change from a Saturday to a Sunday and in rare cases even a Monday without prior notice.

Can I choose a certain Category ticket for an event?

Yes, we have numerous ticket categories in different price brackets and subject to availability

Will I get my event ticket before I leave SA?

Each event differs, if it is an e-ticket then in most cases yes you can print and take it with you. If not, we will arrange a courier to deliver or details on collection point, details on this will be given at time of booking.

What time do I need to arrive at the football stadium?

Turnstiles usually open 2 hours before the game therefore arriving at least an hour before will be sufficient time to get in before kickoff.
